What steps needed to be taken?

1: Get the interval data from your power provider over the last 12 months.
2: Log the site over a maximum demand period for a minimum of three days.
3: Site inspection onsite to determine electrical assets.
4 Copy of the electrical bill.
5: Further data logging may be necessary to hone in on specific problem areas in your facility.
